Pomchi, nasıl hissettiğini seçip benzer bir duygu yaşayan biriyle anonim olarak eşleştiğin bir duygusal destek platformudur. İsim, fotoğraf ya da telefon numarası paylaşmadan tamamen anonim konuşabilirsin.
Temel özellikler tamamen ücretsizdir: duygu seçimi, anonim eşleşme ve Pomchi AI sohbeti. Daha fazla eşleşme hakkı ve öncelikli eşleşme için Gold, Premium veya Platinum abonelikler mevcuttur.
Evet. Eşleştiğin kişi ismine, fotoğrafına veya herhangi bir kişisel bilgine ulaşamaz. Tüm mesajlar şifrelidir. Kimliğini gönüllü olarak paylaşmadıkça karşı taraf seni tanıyamaz.

Eşleşme & Sohbet

Anlık kullanıcı yoğunluğuna göre değişir. Çoğu zaman birkaç saniye içinde eşleşirsin. Bekleme süresi uzarsa sistem duygu aralığını otomatik genişletir. Eşleşme bulamazsan Pomchi AI ile sohbet edebilirsin.
Konuşma geçmişin uygulama içinden erişilebilir. Ayarlar → Gizlilik bölümünden "Geçmişi Kaydet" seçeneğini kapatabilirsin. Her iki kullanıcı da sohbeti silerse içerik sistemden kaldırılır.
Sohbet ekranının sağ üst köşesindeki menüden Şikayet Et seçeneğine dokun. Şikayetler moderasyon ekibimiz tarafından incelenir; kurallara aykırı davranışlar otomatik ban sistemiyle de tespit edilir.

Hesap & Abonelik

iOS: Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler → Pomchi → İptal Et

Android: Google Play → Hesabım → Abonelikler → Pomchi → İptal Et

İptal ettiğinde mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar özellikler aktif kalır.
Giriş ekranındaki Şifremi Unuttum bağlantısına dokun. Kayıtlı e-posta adresine sıfırlama bağlantısı gönderilir. Sorun devam ederse support@pomchiapp.com adresine yaz.
  1. Telefon ayarlarından Pomchi için bildirimlerin açık olduğunu kontrol et.
  2. Uygulama içi Ayarlar → Bildirimler'den tercihlerin etkin olduğunu doğrula.
  3. Uygulamayı tamamen kapat ve yeniden aç.
  4. Sorun devam ederse uygulamayı sil ve yeniden yükle; giriş yapman yeterli, veriler silinmez.

Hesap Silme

Hesabını sildiğinde tüm verilerini kalıcı olarak sileriz. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Adım adım hesap silme

  1. Uygulamayı aç ve giriş yap.
  2. Alt menüden Profil sekmesine dokun.
  3. Sağ üstteki Ayarlar simgesine dokun.
  4. Hesap bölümüne kaydır ve Hesabı Sil seçeneğine dokun.
  5. Onay ekranında kalıcı silmeyi onayla.

Uygulamaya erişiminde sorun varsa support@pomchiapp.com adresine e-posta gönder. 3 iş günü içinde yanıt veririz.

General

Pomchi is an emotional support platform where you pick how you're feeling and get matched anonymously with someone feeling something similar. No name, photo, or phone number is ever shared.
Core features are completely free: emotion selection, anonymous matching, and Pomchi AI chat. Gold, Premium, and Platinum subscriptions are available for more matching slots and priority matching.
Yes. The person you match with cannot access your name, photo, or any personal information. All messages are encrypted. Unless you voluntarily share your identity, the other person cannot identify you.

Matching & Chat

It depends on the current number of active users. Most of the time you'll match within seconds. If the wait is long, the system automatically widens the emotion range. If no match is found, you can chat with Pomchi AI.
Your conversation history is accessible from within the app. You can turn off "Save History" in Settings → Privacy. If both users delete the chat, the content is removed from the system.
Tap the menu in the top-right corner of the chat screen and select Report. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; violations are also detected automatically by our ban system.

Account & Subscription

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pomchi → Cancel

Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions → Pomchi → Cancel

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Tap the Forgot Password link on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. For further issues, contact support@pomchiapp.com.
  1. Check that notifications for Pomchi are enabled in your phone's settings.
  2. In the app, go to Settings → Notifications and verify your preferences are active.
  3. Fully close and reopen the app.
  4. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app — signing back in is enough, your data won't be lost.

Delete Account

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data (messages, profile information, subscription history). This action cannot be undone.

Step-by-step account deletion

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
  3. Tap the Settings icon in the top right.
  4. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm permanent deletion on the confirmation screen.

If you can't access the app, email support@pomchiapp.com to request account deletion. We respond within 3 business days.
